Adam provided the details of the job offer in a way that made it clear and attractive and convinced me to apply for a role when at the time I wasn't looking!? Adam come across as a natural communicator and was extremely helpful to the job application, spending time going through what was expected and then spending time going through an online team meeting as a mock interview when I explained that I hadn't done too many.
