Aleks has been with SHR since the start, having joined Principal People back in 2013, he initially specialised purely within Health & Safety recruitment across commercial property and corporate markets. He then moved into the Social Housing sector in 2016, placing technical Health, Safety, Fire & Compliance roles for Principal People. Having built a strong reputation in the H&S Housing market and seeing the opportunity to expand and grow into other areas, in 2018 Aleks, Josh & Simon founded Social Housing Recruitment as a separate subsidiary of the PP group. Aleks’s ambitions now are to continue to grow and scale SHR to become the ‘go to’ recruiter for the Social Housing sector.
Outside of work Aleks can often be found running or looking after his son, William.

Reece joined Principal People initially back in 2016 having come from a marketing and events background. Reece had also been a Chef and is the ‘go to’ in the office for any culinary or recipe advice! Initially having working within the corporate markets, Reece soon worked through the ranks at PP to become a true expert within his field. Reece moved over to SHR in 2018 and hasn’t looked back since. He currently leads our candidate resource team, acts as a key account manager for a selection of larger clients and works closely with our Search division to support Josh on key senior level hires.
Outside of work Reece is an avid golfer, currently playing off a handicap of 3. Please reach out to him if you fancy a game! You can often find him exploring through the countryside with his dog, Hugo.

Bradley has recently joined the SHR team after leading the Public Sector permanent division for over 5 years. Having joined Principal People back in 2015, he initially specialised purely within Health, Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental and Quality recruitment across the public sector. Having built a strong reputation in the H&S Sector, he saw the opportunity to expand and grow within a rapidly expanding team.
Growing up in the Caribbean, Bradley is a passionate and engaging individual who likes to spend his time being active playing football, cricket or at the Gym outside of work.

Hayley recently joined Social Housing recruitment as a Resourcing partner in October 2021 and is originally from a civil service background. Hayley works in partnership with our consultants to source the right candidates to put forward to our clients. In addition, she supports professionals looking to progress their career, find the best opportunities and coach them through the recruitment process.
In her own time, she is a regular gym goer and is apart of the Les Mills community. She spends a lot of her time with friends and family, also attending a weekly pub quiz with friends.

Bekka recently joined Social Housing Recruitment in October 2021 as a Recruitment Assistant. This entails supporting the team with general administration and tasks, registering and talking to new candidates, and also manages of the Marketing side of things for SHR. Bekka also helps out with supporting Principal People when needed.
Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her dog, Milo and partner, going on long dog walks through the countryside. She also likes spending time with friends and socialising. In her spare time she enjoys being creative, selling her watercolour commissions and cards.

Jess joined Social Housing Recruitment and sister company, Principal People in July 2016 as a Business Administration Apprentice. Throughout the years she has moved into the position of Lead Support Coordinator and Manager. She works closely with the wider team to ensure that operational sales support is running smoothly and that processes are being completed efficiently.
Outside of work she enjoys going abroad, going to the gym, taking her dog out for long walks, going to festivals and spending time with her friends.

Charlotte joined in 2019 and is the Head of Finance. Since joining she has been a great asset to the team, leading the finance team and ensuring the smooth running and profitability of the business.
Outside of work you'll find her at the side of a football pitch, watching her 2 boys play most weekends. She also loves going out for dinner with friends and family when she can.

Rosie joined February 2020 and is the Credit Control Manager. Her role entails managing the Credit Control process, ensuring invoices are settled promptly and efficiently, building relationships with new and existing clients and recovering unpaid debts. Although certain processes and procedures need to be undertaken on a regular basis, she enjoys how varied her role is.
She has 2 daughters, who are 10 and 14, and she also has 2 dogs, a Chihuahua and a Chorkie, so between them she is kept very busy. She is also currently working towards a Diploma in Credit Management. She enjoys spending time with friends, meeting the for lunch or the cinema.

Jacquie joined in September 2021. She is our Finance
Assistant, which entails supporting the team to ensure the finance function runs smoothly.
Jacquie is engaged with 3 lovely children, and also has a gorgeous bulldog. She's currently studying to become fully AAT qualified and enjoys spending her weekends meeting up with friends and family.
