Charlotte joined in 2019 and is the Head of Finance. Since joining she has been a great asset to the team, leading the finance team and ensuring the smooth running and profitability of the business.
Outside of work you'll find her at the side of a football pitch, watching her 2 boys play most weekends. She also loves going out for dinner with friends and family when she can.
Reece joined our founding company, Principal People initially back in 2016, having come from a marketing and events background. Reece had also been a Chef and is the ‘go to’ in the office for any culinary or recipe advice! Initially having working within the corporate markets, Reece soon worked through the ranks at PP to become a true expert within his field. Reece moved over to SHR in 2018 and hasn’t looked back since. He currently leads our Delivery Team, acting as a key account manager for a selection of larger clients and candidates.
Outside of work Reece is an avid golfer, currently playing off a handicap of 3. Please reach out to him if you fancy a game! You can often find him exploring through the countryside with his dog, Hugo.
Charlotte is a Delivery Consultant, working closely with Reece to strengthen our candidate delivery team. She was previously in a similar role within recruitment, working a variety of roles within an assortment of different industries, she now has a strong focus on roles within Housing Management.
Outside of work you will often find her going out to dinner with friends and family, and she also enjoys a bit of shopping.

Adam joined in September 2022 as an Associate Consultant, and has since gone on to be promoted to Consultant, focusing on our permanent recruitment division, specialising in roles within Repairs & Maintenance.
Outside of work you can often find him working out at the gym, playing football and socialising with his friends.
Rosie joined February 2020 and is the Credit Control Manager. Her role entails managing the Credit Control process, ensuring invoices are settled promptly and efficiently, building relationships with new and existing clients and recovering unpaid debts. Although certain processes and procedures need to be undertaken on a regular basis, she enjoys how varied her role is.
She has 2 daughters, who are 10 and 14, and she also has 2 dogs, a Chihuahua and a Chorkie, so between them she is kept very busy. She is also currently working towards a Diploma in Credit Management. She enjoys spending time with friends, meeting the for lunch or the cinema.
